Due to continued growth within our property department, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor to undertake both residential and commercial conveyancing work.

    The Role

    The successful candidate will join our busy property team and manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.


    Key Responsibilities

    •  Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
    • Handling commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases.
    • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.
    • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
    • Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.

    Requirements

    • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in residential and commercial conveyancing.
    • Ability to manage files independently and with supervision.
    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • A client-focused and professional approach.
